Motors has an agreement with the MEC Guarantee, which has been operating on the European market for over 15 years with exclusive solutions for the management of pre and post-sales programs of rental companies and other operators to support them in the management of legal obligations and in the application of the " Guarantee of Conformity "in relation to Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the Consumer Code in the sale of vehicles to the consumer and in the application of the "Warranty for defects in the thing sold" in relation to art. 1490 and following of the Civil Code when the sale is instead concretized to a holder of a VAT number, but also in the development and sale of conventional guarantees, mechanical, electrical and electronic failures, to enrich the offer to the final buyer and create profitability on every single vehicle sold, with the aim of building customer loyalty to their structure and brand.
MEC Guarantee is unique of its kind, as it manages the guarantee and conformity services making use of the technical collaboration of other companies within its group, which deal with spare parts regeneration, design and production of components, thus integrating, to the accounting management , the operational one. It offers considerable savings advantages to its dealers customers, managing to contain the costs of managing breakdowns thanks to the internal spare parts division. It offers free and unlimited technical advice to its affiliated customers, having specialized personnel in various sectors: mechatronics, injection, supercharging, diagnostics and software. It works promptly both in response to requests for intervention and in the operational phase of managing the fault. Guarantee MEC is branched out on the national territory through a vast network of affiliated workshops.
